Opened on 16 May 2013, Opera BOMBANA is part of the family of restaurant created by three Michelin-starred chef Umberto Bombana. Opera BOMBANA is Chef Bombana’s personal interpretation of a modern Italian restaurant, offering diners a taste of Italian gastronomy in an elegant-yet-relaxed atmosphere.

Food Menu & Wine List

Designed by Chef Bombana, the menu is interpreted by Chef Andrea on a daily basis using the best available seasonal ingredients.

The expensive wine list features bottles from all over the world, with a focus on Italian regional varieties. The wines are carefully stored in a towering glass cellar equipped with advanced temperature and humidity control technology.

Bar & Retail

The cocktail bar is undoubtedly the most relaxing corner of the restaurant, especially once night falls. The drinks menu features both creative cocktails and Italian classics, shaken up by skilled bartenders using premium spirits and liqueurs combined with a variety of fruits, herbs, and spices.

Private Dining

The restaurant has two upper level private dining rooms, with direct access to the shopping mall. These are skillfully decorated to create a feel of quiet comfort, one with a long central table seating up to 10 guests, and another with classic long table, offering a view over the below restaurant scene and accommodating up to 16 guests.
